Do you take insurance?

• We are an out-of-network provider. This means that we do not accept insurance, Medicaid and Medicare. You can use FSA/HSA. Patients can be given a super-bill that can be submitted to insurance for out-of-network reimbursement. There may be services provided that are not covered by insurance such as health coaching and supplements.
  
• In order to best identify root causes and obtain real results, we use advanced lab testing that is not used in standard medical practice and not covered by insurance.
  

how does a consultation work?

• The Ideal Hormone solution works with patients by evaluating your intake assessments along with advanced lab tests that we order to have done. The tests that can be done include blood, stool, saliva, and/or urine samples.
